Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

For all orders placed through our online shop, only the following terms and conditions apply. Deviations from these terms are only valid if we confirm them in writing.

2. Offer and contract conclusion

By listing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to enter into a contract for these items. You may first add our products to the shopping basket without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the items in the shopping basket by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation by email. However, the purchase contract is already concluded upon clicking the order button.

3. Contract language, storage of contract text
The languages available for contract conclusion are German and English.

The contract text is not stored by us.

4. Delivery conditions

In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs apply. For details on shipping costs, please refer to the offers.

Dates and delivery deadlines stated in the order confirmation are non-binding unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. The specification of delivery deadlines and dates by Bonsana AG is subject to correct and timely supply by suppliers and manufacturers.

5. Payment
You can pay securely by credit card, Twint, Apple Pay, PayPal or purchase on invoice with instalment option (POWERPAY).

MF Group / POWERPAY offers the payment method "purchase on invoice" as an external payment service provider. With the individual invoice, you can simply pay for your online purchase by invoice. If you forgo payment within the specified timeframe, you will subsequently receive a monthly invoice with an order summary the following month.

Upon conclusion of the purchase contract, POWERPAY assumes the invoice claim and handles the corresponding payment arrangements. When purchasing on invoice, you also accept, in addition to our T&Cs, the T&Cs of POWERPAY (powerpay.ch/de/agb).

6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

7. Transport damage

Complaints regarding damage, delays, loss or poor packaging must be reported to us immediately upon receipt of the shipment.

8. Warranty and guarantees

Unless expressly agreed otherwise below in writing, the statutory warranty applies.

The information in our sales documents (drawings, illustrations, dimensions, weights and other specifications) are to be understood as approximate values only and do not constitute a guarantee of properties unless they are expressly designated as binding in writing.

Warranty claims expire [1 year and 2 years for consumers] after delivery, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. If the instructions for use are not followed, all warranty is excluded insofar as the defect is attributable to this. This also applies if the defect is due to improper use, storage or handling. Minor deviations from guaranteed properties do not give rise to warranty claims. Liability for normal wear and tear as well as consumables/accessories is excluded. Warranty claims against Bonsana AG are only available to the direct purchaser and are not transferable.

Information on any additional applicable guarantees and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.

Customer service: You can reach our customer service for questions, complaints and objections on working days from 9:00 to 17:00 at telephone number 044 980 44 22 and by email at help@bonsana.ch

9. Liability

The liability of Bonsana AG is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

10. Data protection

The privacy policy is an integral part of these T&Cs. By accepting these T&Cs, you also agree to the privacy policy.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
