Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

The following Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to all orders placed through our online store. Any deviations from these Terms and Conditions are only valid if we confirm them in writing.

2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

By listing products in the online store, we make a binding offer to enter into a contract for these items. You may initially add our products to your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained during the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the items in your shopping cart by clicking the "Order" button. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email. However, the purchase contract is already concluded when you click the "Order" button.

3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text
The languages available for concluding the contract are German and English.

We do not store the contract text.

4. Shipping Terms

Shipping costs are added to the listed product prices. You can find more details on the shipping costs in the product listings.

Dates and delivery times stated in the order confirmation are non-binding unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing. Any specific delivery times and dates provided by BONSANA AG are subject to correct and timely delivery to BONSANA AG by suppliers and manufacturers.

5. Payment
You can pay securely by credit card, Twint, Applepay, PayPal, or purchase on account with an installment option (POWERPAY).

MF Group / POWERPAY, as an external payment service provider, offers the "purchase on account" payment method. With the individual invoice, you can easily pay for your online purchase by invoice. If you do not make a payment within the specified time frame, you will receive a monthly invoice with an order summary the following month.

Upon conclusion of the purchase agreement, POWERPAY assumes the resulting invoice receivable and handles the corresponding payment arrangements. When purchasing on account, you agree to POWERPAY's Terms and Conditions in addition to our own (powerpay.ch/de/agb).

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

7. Shipping Damage

Complaints regarding damage, delays, loss, or poor packaging must be reported to us immediately upon receipt of the shipment.

8. Warranty and Guarantees

Unless expressly agreed otherwise below, the statutory warranty applies.

The information in our sales documents (drawings, illustrations, dimensions, weights, and other specifications) is to be understood only as approximate values and does not constitute a representation of characteristics, unless they are expressly designated as binding in writing.

Warranty claims expire [1 year, and 2 years for consumers] after delivery, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing. If the instructions for use are not followed, any warranty is void to the extent that the defect is attributable to such failure. This also applies if the defect is attributable to improper use, storage, or handling. Minor deviations from the warranted characteristics of the goods do not give rise to warranty rights. Liability for normal wear and tear as well as consumables and accessories is excluded. Warranty claims against BONSANA AG are available only to the original purchaser and are not transferable.

9. Liability

BONSANA AG's liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

10. Privacy Policy

The Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The legal relationship between you and us is governed exclusively by Swiss law (excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods of April 11, 1980 (CISG)). The place of jurisdiction is Maur, ZH.
