Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
The following terms and conditions apply exclusively to all orders placed through our online shop. Deviations from these terms and conditions are only valid if confirmed in writing by us.
2. Offer and conclusion of contract
By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained during the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive another confirmation by email. The purchase contract is already concluded when you click the order button.
3. Contract language, contract text storage
The languages available for concluding the contract are German and English.
We do not store the contract text.
4. Delivery conditions
Shipping costs are added to the stated product prices. You can find more information about shipping costs in the individual offers.
Dates and delivery periods stated in the order confirmation are non-binding unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. The specification of specific delivery periods and delivery dates by Bonsana AG is subject to the correct and timely delivery of Bonsana AG by suppliers and manufacturers.
5. Payment
You can pay securely by credit card, Twint, Applepay, Paypal or purchase on account with partial payment option (POWERPAY).
As an external payment service provider, MF Group / POWERPAY offers the payment method "purchase on account." With this single invoice, you can easily pay for your online purchase by invoice. If you fail to pay within the specified timeframe, you will receive a monthly invoice with an order summary in the following month.
Upon conclusion of the purchase contract, POWERPAY assumes the resulting invoice claim and handles the corresponding payment terms. When purchasing on account, you accept, in addition to our General Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions from POWERPAY. (powerpay.ch/de/agb).
6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
7. Transport damage
Complaints regarding damage, delay, loss or poor packaging must be reported to us immediately upon receipt of the shipment.
8. Warranty and guarantees
Unless expressly agreed otherwise below, the statutory warranty applies.
The information in our sales documents (drawings, illustrations, dimensions, weights and other specifications) are to be understood as guidelines only and do not constitute a guarantee of properties unless they are expressly designated as binding in writing.
Warranty claims expire [1 year and for consumers 2 years] after delivery, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. If the instructions for use are not followed, any warranty is void if the defect is attributable to this. This also applies if the defect is attributable to improper use, storage, or handling. Minor deviations from the warranted properties of the goods do not trigger any warranty claims. Liability for normal wear and tear and consumables/accessories is excluded. Warranty claims against Bonsana AG are available only to the direct purchaser and are not transferable.

9. Liability
Bonsana AG’s liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
10. Data protection
The privacy policy is an integral part of these terms and conditions. By accepting these terms and conditions, you also agree to the privacy policy.
11. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
The legal relationship between you and us is governed exclusively by Swiss law (excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods of April 11, 1980 (CISG)). The place of jurisdiction is Maur, Zurich.
