Return Policy

Since SKIN REPUBLIC sells products to retailers both directly and indirectly (through distributors), we are unable to process

returns for purchases made outside of www.theskinrepublic.ch. If you wish to return a SKIN REPUBLIC product, please contact the retailer where you made your purchase in accordance with their return policy to receive a refund or exchange. We recommend that you always keep your receipt and review the retailer’s return policy.

If, for any reason, you do not wish to keep a product ordered on theskinrepublic.ch, you may return new and unused items within 14 days of receipt. We will refund the purchase price of the products, minus shipping and handling fees. Items must be returned in their original condition. No refunds will be issued for used products. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please return the item to us within 14 days. We will refund the purchase price, including return shipping costs.
