Refund Policy

As Skin Republic sells products both directly and indirectly (through distributors) to retailers, we cannot process returns for purchases made outside of www.theskinrepublic.ch

If you wish to return a Skin Republic product, please contact your point of sale in accordance with their return policy to obtain a refund or exchange. We recommend that you always keep your receipt and check the retailer's return policy.

If for any reason you do not wish to keep a product ordered on theskinrepublic.ch, you may return new and unused items within 14 days of receipt. We will refund the cost of the products less shipping and handling charges. Items must be returned in their original condition. No refund will be given for used products. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please return it to us within 14 days. We will refund the purchase cost, including return shipping.
