Application

Remove the nose strip from the package. Clean and moisten your nose thoroughly. If the nose is dry, the strip will not stick. Dry hands. Remove the strip from the plastic film. Place with the soft side down on your nose and press so that there is skin contact everywhere. Allow the strip to dry for 15-20 minutes or until it feels stiff. Slowly peel off the strip from the outer edges towards the middle. Rinse off any remaining residue.
