How to Do a Patch Test

Before using a Skin Republic product, you should — especially if it is your first time — always conduct a patch test to check how your skin reacts.

Step 1

Apply a small amount of the product to your forearm.

Step 2

Keep the area dry and leave the product on for 24 hours.

Step 3

Rinse the area with water after 24 hours. If you experience any irritation, itching, redness, swelling or other unwanted reactions, do not continue using the product.

Please note that your skin may react differently on other areas, such as the face, compared to the patch test. If you have any concerns about using a new skincare product, we recommend consulting a doctor.
